Our story
You Knead Me Baking Co started as a therapeutic endeavor to calm the whirlwinds of my day. As a full-time mom, marketplace leader and leadership coach, I found making sourdough was peaceful and gave me a way to be creative, share my love of baking with my son AND it was soothing to my soul, hence the tag line “Sourdough that soothes the soul.”
I started making bread for family, friends and neighbors and the requests and testimonials were so incredible that I HAD to launch You Knead Me Baking Co! So many testimonies that “the bread didn’t make them feel bloated, or gain weight AND just as important, made their souls happy!
Today, baking bread has gone from my table, to yours.

Just like our plain loaves are intentionally clean and non- GMO, so are our inclusions. We strive to use the cleanest ingredients available. If you are looking for a sweet bread with sweet inclusions, we got you! If sweet isn’t your thing and you like savory breads, we got you! We have classic and seasonal inclusions.
